3. Estimated Delivery Times The total delivery time depends on your location:

· Spain (Balearic Islands): 3 - 5 business days.
· Europe (EU): 3 - 7 business days.
· United States: 7 - 15 business days.

4. Shipping Rates
· Spain: Shipping included in the product price. FREE shipping on orders over €50.
· Europe & USA: Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination country.
5. Customs and Taxes
· Shipments within the EU: No additional customs duties will apply.
· Shipments to the USA and non-EU countries: The customer is solely responsible for any duties, customs fees, or import taxes that local authorities may require. GlowBiTechSP has no control over these charges.
6. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number (Tracking ID). You can check the status of your shipment in real-time through our website or the carrier's platform.
7. Absences and Incorrect Addresses
· It is essential that you review your address before confirming payment.
· If the package is returned to our facilities due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it after delivery attempts, the customer must bear the costs of a new shipment.
8. Incidents If you notice that the package arrives damaged or opened, please take photos of its condition and contact us immediately at glowbitechsp@gmail.com (maximum 24 hours after receipt) so we can resolve it with the transport company.
